Head of Marketing and Corporate Affairs

Percy Paul Lubega is now the Head of Marketing and Corporate Affairs at Finance Trust Bank.

He has over 15 years’ experience in Marketing and Business Development for Financial Institutions. Percy has vast experience in research for Financial Institutions, product development, Branding and communication. Percy participated in the transformation of Uganda Microfinance Union to Uganda Microfinance Limited (MDI) and later the transformation of UML to Equity Bank Ltd.

Previously, he served as Marketing Manager in Equity Bank Uganda. He also served as Marketing Manager of Centenary Bank and later Chief Manager Business Development in Centenary Bank before joining Finance Trust Bank.

Percy holds an MBA (Marketing) from Uganda Martyrs University Nkozi and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education(Economics) from Makerere University.
