Head of Banking Operations

Ms. Rachael Nantongo is the Head of Operations at Finance Trust Bank. She has over 10 years practical experience in banking operations. She has been with the institution right from Uganda women`s Finance Trust and has served in areas of customer care, cashiering, credit. She has also served as branch manager, regional manager and compliance manager.

Rachael holds a Masters of Business Administration and Management and a bachelor of arts Degree in social sciences (M.U.K) and has several certificates in areas of banking operations. She has solid understanding of banking operational. Rachael is also self-driven, energetic, result oriented, friendly and a team builder.
